Great hotel just a few blocks east of Kannai station; super easy to walk to the nearby Korean shopping district, the Yokohama Cultural Museum or Minatomirai. Super easy to check-in, quite rooms & a great housekeeping staff. The only 'ding' for me was the on-site restaurant was never open at night--not that big of a deal overall, since there are a plethora of options a short stroll away, but it would have been nice to pop down for a glass of wine at the bar before heading out later in the evening or back up to the room.

Accomodation was good and reside in good location. Better to serve complementary breakfast. Room is small anyhow it's main area so that I think.

The good - soft intro to Japanese items (bidet, yukata, public baths) The bad - walls and window let all sound through, the mattress had collapsed in the middle. My husband and I kept tilting towards the center of the bed when laying on our backs and it was impossible to get comfortable.

人それぞれ体感が違うし、他でもそうだったので、恐らくアパホテル全体の設定なのかな？と思いますが、泊まるフロアの廊下が寒すぎる。エアコンを効かせ過ぎですね。

部屋が狭すぎる。部屋のスリッパが薄すぎて履き心地が悪い。冷蔵庫とベットの間隔が狭すぎて、物が取り辛い。朝食やお風呂は良かった。殆どのスタッフの対応は良かったのだが、最後に預けていた荷物を取りに行った時に、お礼を言ったけれど聞こえなかったのか何も返事が無かった。丁度お客さんが沢山いたから荷物を渡したら終わり、という感じがした。

ホテルのフロント、お掃除やレストランのスタッフ、みなさんとても気持ちの良い対応でした。一期一会を大切にする、という心構えがきちんと出来ていて気持ちが入っている印象を受けました。お掃除やレストランスタッフの挨拶が特に良かったです。板橋店フロントでは嫌な思いをしましたがさすが横浜!と思いました。
