Staff was great, breakfast was okay. The room I stayed in had a damp smell and the fridge was making gurgling noises intermittently. Located close to the station and multiple dining options. Room was small but it's pretty standard size everywhere in Japan.

Great hotel for younger demographic

Great location next to bus station. Fun stores and groceries close. We are 60+ and definitely older than the average demographic. Disappointed the onsen was 2000 yen for 1.5 hrs.

Good location next to Fujisawa station that connects to Kamakura, Enoshima and Yokohama. Good buffet-style breakfast and comfortable bed to sleep. They have paid coin washing and drying machines onsite. As a solo traveler, unable to use their Tuk tuk services to Enoshima though (min 4 people group required) which was a bummer. Otherwise, pretty good stay!

Not worth the money!

First time staying at 8Hotel, Fujisawa. Was informed that Housekeeping rules changed to alternate two/three days once. If require additional clean-up, there is a fee to be paid. My reservation was done prior to this Housekeeping rules. Was informed my room will have daily cleaning services. Requested for additional two pillows from one middle age man at Front Desk but was told don’t have & provided two towels as make shift. Provided a Hotel.com feedback for Check-in. On second day, requested the Front Desk girl for additional pillows again. Then two pillows available then. First night done, Second day, no cleaning! Checked with Front Desk, they apologize & replied that no cleaning service on that day. So I requested for clean towels & rubbish bin bag & changed myself. Second day & Third day, cleaning resume. Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday… does have at least an acceptable Fried Chicken. Sadly, Monday… it becomes Potatoes Wedges! The rest remain the same. I paid average room price at USD181 for 3-nights stay for 2 pax. Not worth these prices! Felt like been ripped-off!!! Check-in 3pm… arrived at 2pm… was told… if wanted to check in, additional USD13. If check out later that 11am, will charge USD13 too. Check-out before 10am… not worth staying any longer.

部屋にコロコロがあると清掃が入らない滞在中も快適に過ごせるかと、じゅうたんのゴミが気になったので。。。 朝食もシンプルヘルシーでちょうどよかったです。 チェックイン前でも荷物預かってもらえ、チェックイン時には既にお部屋に入れておいてくれました♪ 設備も充実しており夏だったので洗濯は出来るには助かりました。

急に決まって当日予約したのですが、値段、アクセスの良さ、写真で見られたお洒落な雰囲気でこちらを予約しました。 藤沢駅からすぐのリッチはとても便利！ただ、チェックインが夜になったこともありますが、周辺の雰囲気はなんだか街灯も少なく、治安はすごく良いとは言えないような。。。お酒の入った人がたまにウロウロしてる感じです。 フロントの方は淡々と手続きを済ませてくれ、スパの案内をしてくれました。スパは別途¥2000、90分制で、利用する時間帯を宣言しないといけないようです。せっかくなので利用したいと思い、チェックイン自体が遅かったので到着後すぐの22時〜の枠でお願いしてひとまず自分の部屋へ。 部屋は。。。うん、写真ではお洒落に見えますが、昔のビジネスホテルをカリフォルニアっぽくお洒落な感じにリノベしたってところですかね？バスルームとかは昭和のまんまです。ベッドの寝心地は良かったですが、デスクなどの家具も必要最低限な感じで小さかった。 ここで2点とても気になったことがありました。まず臭い！部屋を開けてまず感じた、なんだか下水が上がってきているような、硫黄っぽい？臭い。エアコンをつけっぱなしにして多少はマシになった気はしますが、決してイイお宿のあの深呼吸したくなるような良い空気ではなかったです。多分古い水回りに起因していると思うので、メンテナンス、修繕を期待したいところ。 もう一点は、荷物の置き場の無さです。お洒落を意識したであろうウォールシェルフがあるだけで、フックもラゲージを置く折り畳みの台とかもない。外をゴロゴロ引きずるスーツケースであればそこまで気にならなかったかもしれませんが、一泊だったので大きめのレザートートで来ていたので、そのバッグを古びたカーペットの床に直置きするのは良い気持ちはしませんでした。かといえデスクも小さいので、そっちに置くわけにもいかず。レンタルした水着の入ったビニールのトートも、引っ掛けられるフックとかないので床置きに。そう言えばバスルームのドアにもフックとかありませんでした。それっくらい必要なのでは？ 水着は持ってきたつもりでしたが、上だけ持ってきて下を忘れていたようで、フロントで+¥1000でレンタルしました。水着は全てBillabong製で、海外サイズなので大きめと説明を受け、一番小さいサイズを選びましたが、ヒップ86cmの私にはそれでもやや緩め。トップスは更にゆるゆるだったので持参したトップスを着る事にしました。日本人は細身の人が多いので海外ビキニで揃えるならXSサイズ、下手したらXXSサイズも用意してもらえると嬉しい人は多いんじゃないでしょうか？ スパはいい雰囲気でしたが、サウナ、水風呂、ジャグジーと浅いプールのみの展開。サウナ好きの人はより楽しめると思いますが、私はサウナはあまり得意ではないので、ジャグジーとプールでひたすらボ〜ッとしてましたw後から入ってきたカップルは「これだけ？少なくね？」と言っていました。確かにこれだけで90分はちょっと持て余してしまい、早めに切り上げて部屋に戻りました。 スパでももう一点、気になることがありました。指定されたロッカーを開けたら、男性ものであろう使用済みのソックスがくしゃっと丸めて奥に入ってました。最初気付かず物を入れる際に触ってしまい、気持ち悪かったです(><)。定期的にロッカー内の確認とクリーニングもしていただきたい。 これらの点を除けばそこそこ快適なホテルでした。モーニングもあくまでシンプルではありますが、ついているのも嬉しいですね。また機会があれば！
