This is a good hotel to stay for several days to visit the sights in and around Yogyakarta. Rooms are relatively clean and staff was helpful to attend anything that was not ok. Nice swimming pool and good restaurant. Good value for money!

This is an old property, reasonably maintained. We enjoyed the stay in the rooms and also the breakfast spread. A special mention is due for front office staff Mr Robert who helped me with packing an oversized souvenir that was difficult to carry otherwise.

I have stayed in Jambuwuluk Malioboro multiple times and this is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very clean, with professional, helpful and friendly staff. Plus the location is very close to the city centre and amenities. I particularly like the cleanliness of the rooms and the modern quality of the hotel. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for me and my sisters…we asked all 3 rooms to be on the same level and it’s no problem at all for the hotel…we had nice time and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Thank you, Ken…you are an asset for Jambuluwuk Hotel Malioboro for your outstanding hospitality! All our rooms are clean and always have all the amenities. Nice location as it’s near Malioboro!
