Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. Very clean and luxuriously designed. Great outdoor zone with small garden and sitting area. Gym and indoor pool. Quiet. Very close to city center, about 15 minutes drive. The minus of this hotel that they don't take my American visa card, which worked perfectly everywhere else in the city but in this hotel. They need to fix this problem. Not sure if their card machine is not working properly or their bank is not connected to international banks. I could not pay with card in hotel restaurant and at reception while checking out. That caused great inconvenience.

New modern building on a hill 15 minutes driving distance to city centre. Fabulous 2000 Square Meter outdoor pool plus one smaller indoor. High western standards in terms of regular maintenance, cleaning and quality customer care . Friendly staff . A resort facility designed for Russian taste . Most staff understand English . Nothing interesting in walking distance neighborhood. Online taxi very cheap and reliable. Western standards 4 star resort hotel.

Hotellet är nytt och fint med stora rum men ligger ganska off och servicen är allt under kritik. Det är blandade känslor för personalen, en del trevliga och hjälpsamma men vissa andra otrevliga och nonchalanta. Transferservicen vi blev utlovade från flygplats till hotellet klockan 4 på morgonen vid ankomsten var ett skämt, det var en av värsta vi har varit med. Maten på hotellet var god men serverades kallt och likaså frukosten.
