Very cosy hotel with lots of spirit! So different from chain hotels that just look so similar to each other. This hotel has lots of charm! Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, good food, great location!

We stayed here for one night. It was a good stay, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, our view was of an abandoned property and junkyard-like area, which didn’t give us a good feeling about our stay in this downtown area. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of options and pastries, plus we ordered an Armenian omelet, which was included. I recommend staying in this hotel overall.

Rooms are spacious, but bathrooms are outdated. When entering the room, the windows were left open which allowed many flying bugs to enter the room. This was unpleasant. However, staff was very friendly and the location is unbeatable.

I stayed at this hotel years ago and I can see the difference service was much better food was much better hotel stuff was more attentive when gave us a room I told them it’s very small specially bathroom and they told they will inform management and will get back to me which never happened. Next time will stay somewhere else for sure.

Coffee charge

At check-out I was charged for the morning coffee that I drank during breakfast even though breakfast was included in the room rent. This was a big surprise and something I have never experienced before. Please give coffee for free if guests have payed 15 USD for their breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was OK but too expensive and far from "luxury".
