Room was very cosy and spacious, the hotel interrior is very nicely modeled and is clean and well maintained. The amenities are very useful especially the parking where a spot is always available, but you need to call or text them for the security person to come open the parking barrier. Hotel is slightly tough to find and can use few more signs but if you know how the building looks from the outside you should be good. Breakfast is has some good options. I would recommend it.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. Customer service and respect for guests were below expectations. The room cleaning was very poor; even when the sheets were not changed, the bed linens were not properly cleaned or refreshed, and only the bed cover was straightened. I understand that sheets may not be changed every day, but basic daily cleaning should still be done properly. Overall, the cleanliness, service, and hospitality were below average, and in my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star property.
