Hotel is located directly in the city which is very convenient and the staff are very nice and professional… Only negative aspect was the rooms were extremely small so if you like a big room upgrade

Nice, but odd bathroom layout

The staff at the hotel was great, the laundry service was quick, and my room (203) was comfortable. However I would suggest that future guests think twice before staying in 203. The leading edge of the toilet seat is only about a foot from the shower wall. This means that if you are sitting on the toilet, it’s very difficult to lean forward to wipe yourself—your head hits the shower wall. This is not the fault of the hotel staff, of course, but it might be a consideration for room selection.

Friendly helpful staff. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they decorated our room and placed a Happy Birthday sign on the drapes. Room itself was a little small for two people but clean and modern. The balcony door was hard to open but that was due to the hotel being very new.

The location was within walking distance of most major attractions such as museums, open markets, restaurants. I was disappointed by the park across the street. It looked run down and dilapidated so I wouldn't use this a marketing point at they did. Would I use this hotel again? Yes. Staff was very nice and helpful.

친절한 직원들과 위치가 좋음

조금큰 슈페리어 룸에 묶었다 깨끗하고 편한 룸 상태이고 프론트 직원들도 친절했다. 다만 6박의 아침식사가 거의 똑같은 상태라 그것이 좀 힘들었고 바닥이 카페트라 그닥지..... 아침식사시 그 자리에서 해주는 오물렛은 굉장히 맛있었다.

Great hotel!

A great little hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing and restaurants. It’s next to a nice park just down the road from Republic Square. The staff were super friendly and very helpful in organising taxis and answering any questions. I had a balcony room facing the park which was very quiet and comfortable.

Boulevard Hotel Yerevan

I was recommended this hotel by a friend. I travelled with a mate so I asked for twin beds as we are not that close. Unfortunately the twin beds are single 6 foot beds so not suitable for normal people in my opinion as I am 181 cms tall. Apart from that, the hotel and staff were fantastic.Very central area, not noisy and they have recently opened a pub downstairs. The breakfast is everything you want with a chef ready to personally cook an omellete of your choice. Near a supermarket and money changer (SAS) and 50 mts from The Green Bean Cafe and Louis Charden Bakery, both of which I highly recommend. Lots of restaurants on Amiryan Street which is one street down, and a 10 minute stroll to Republic Square. Another great service was the washing service provided by the hotel which was about one tenth of the Grand Hotel prices for the same items. For example T shirt about 300 AMD's or less than A$1 which is currently 341 per A$1. If you don't need single beds, it is ideal. Everything is so new and the lift is a dream. The staff can't do enough for you and the Manager is so generous and accommodating, you think he is trying to convert you to stay forever. One could as the cost of living here is so cheap if you don't drink expensive wine.
