The staff was very nice and helpful and did all they could. I think the hotel did not have enough staff to handle all the guests, because no one came to clean our room, even when we had requested it. Breakfast was not so good, only a few things to choose and one day only the, no coffee. No juice and no cheese and the milk only 2 days. We stayed 7 days, and we generally enjoyed it, but we should not have chosen breakfast. Quit place and a nice atmosphere inside and around the hotel. The

The hotel outside of the rooms was nice but very cheap inside the rooms. The TV, fridge, and pool were not working. When we arrived they could not see our reservation from Hotels.com after about 30 minutes they got it figured out.

The hotel was dirty. Looking okay from the outside - horrible inside the room. Carpet with stains, mirror with stains - everything was unplugged - could use the tv. One of the plugs was half-out dangerous. The staff at the reception - was not very polite. Asked for a change of room - never happened. Breakfast is very poor. Only good personnel people working in the bar - helpful and polite, recommended places to visit.

Im disappointed with hotels.com for even recommending this hotel. The room was dirty and old, the tv had 2 russian channels. The toilet didnt stop running, when we complained the staff said to let him know every time we flush so he could manually go to the back of it and push the stopper. Eventually I just did this myself. Half the bed was broken so the mattress kept falling to the ground on the bottom left, the walls were paper thin so a group of girls next door kept us up. Worst off, we are both digital nomads and the internet just stopped working. We actually left a day earlier, I will never use hotels.com I thought there was a bit of a barrier to entry for these types of hotels, i trusted this website. This place was commically bad

We booked for a couple of hours stay to have rest time from early am arrival. We couldn’t shower because shower pan was covered in mold along edge. One staff member was very rude when asked to help with getting taxi/shuttle. Glad we got out of there!

The Experience I am writing this to warn others: stay away from this hotel if you have any other options. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and based on the other negative reviews I have seen, it is clear that this hotel’s behavior is systemic, not accidental. Unethical Business Practices The most frustrating part of this ordeal was the hotel’s complete lack of integrity. We arrived at 11:00 AM, only to be told to wait until 1:00 PM, then until 2:00 PM. By this time, there were over 40 people stranded in the lobby. We quickly realized the hotel was heavily overbooked. Even more shocking was that while the lobby was filled with stranded guests, the hotel continued to accept new bookings on all platforms at 4x the standard price. When I pointed this out to staff—suggesting they at least stop taking new bookings so people arriving in town wouldn’t be left in the same queue—they were completely indifferent. They prioritized profit over their existing, waiting guests. I also witnessed the staff blatantly prioritizing specific guests based on their race/background, leaving the rest of us to wait for hours without any answers. I did not get a room until 5:00 PM.

For lille værelse med små dyrevenner

Vi fandt dette hotel på hjemmesiden, der gav udtryk for at vores tildelte værelse var forbeholdt fire personer. Da vi ankom, havde værelset kun én dobbeltseng. De fik trods alt ordnet sovepladser for os. Der kom to virkelig dårlige sammenklappelige enkeltmandssenge uden lagen eller sengetøj. Vi endte med at spørge receptionen tre gange før det blev ordnet. En af grundene til at vi valgte dette sted var grundet deres sauna område med indendørs pool. Da vi kom frem fandt vi ud af et hverken sauna området eller poolen virkede. Vi tror, udover det, også at desværre var en eller anden form for dyret i ventilationssystemet, som vi hørte to af nætterne. Dog skal receptionen have tak for at svare på de spørgsmål vi skulle have og hjælpe os med bestilling af taxa ind til byen.
