The only good thing about this property is location. The picture of the balcony in the booking shows an apartment situated much higher than what we got. I specifically booked an apartment for the view that was in the picture. When I pointed that out, the response was that’s a general picture. So, don’t rely on pictures. The basic things that one would expect, such as a bath mat or shampoo, weren’t present. We had a reservation for a week and got only one roll of toilet paper, when asked for more they said ok but we never got it. Had to go out and buy additional rolls. Same with additional towels - they promised but we never got them. There is a permanent problem with hot water in the shower - it suddenly gets scorching hot then cold. The host knows about the problem but pretends it’s something new. We had power outage for hours, 2 days in a row, so we couldn’t use the AC. I was told by my friends in Yerevan that this particular building is well known for power outages and hot water issues. When we asked the host for a discount, they refused. Beware that there is no cleaning during your stay. Even though you will pay about 20euros for cleaning, that’s for the cleaning after you leave. The young lady that was communicating with us on behalf of the host was very nice but that’s just all. Overall, I would recommend to stay away from this company, they seem to be dishonest.
