Good for family trip, but pool ticket unreasonable

The facility itself was nice, but the management could improveโ€ฆa lot..! Room condition was fine, clean enough, comfy and large beds, nice big dining table, good view of the ocean and the pool. The ticket for the pool was too expensive considering how it includes everything (pools in La Terrace resort and water activities, which we didnโ€™t want anyways). La Terrace water parkโ€ฆmany of the jacuzzis werenโ€™t running, pools and kids slide area, indoor pools had too much wear and tear, perhaps molds. Unless you rent overpriced cabanas, thereโ€™s no place to sit for a while. Calacattaโ€™s infinity pool was nice but the water was a bit too cold.. even though I think the website advertises that the pools at this resort runs all year round with warm water.
