Great location - right in park by lake with animals around. one morning we saw deer from our room and one evening by hotel lobby there was a bison. The room was clean and comfortable and staff was good. Dining options nearby are limited.

The property was very quiet and beautiful out in nature. There were moose outside our window in the later afternoon. The rocking chairs on the lodge deck were so cozy and relaxing. Wylie's Canteen was just OK. We only went there once.

Our cabin was perfect, we woke to 4 deer out the picture window on the back of the cabin. The sunrise view over Lake Yellowstone from the lodge porch was magnificent. Staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Would definitely recommend staying here. Accommodations were clean, comfortable, convenient and perfect for what we needed. Be prepared to live without internet and TV.

Shower curtain rod was broken, the soap dispenser pump in the bathroom did not work and the bathroom heating lamp switch was slightly damaged. Otherwise, the stay was lovely. The view from the main lodge was amazing and location of the cabin was quiet.

The lodge was very clean and super convenient. There is no WiFi which I didn’t realize before booking, but was ok. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Good water pressure and hot water plus heater that warmed up the room quickly (in a cold September night). Note that it doesn’t include a fridge nor microwave, kettle to boils water for a tee or instant noddles. There may have been a one cup coffee maker.
