Best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Andrea is the sweetest and she showed us how to get to the beach. The food in the restaurant is amazing any time of day. There are currently 5 rooms which give it a calm intimate feel, there are also dogs that are on the property and they are so cute. I can’t wait to go back

This is a new property and mostly like a boutique hotel - just 5 geodesic domes (one room to each one). The staff, WHEN there is very attentive, but early morning, until about 9, no one, that we found, was there. we LOVED the location. Not on the beach, but by a pond/sometimes river. The rooms were fantastic. Bed comfortable but the sheets a bit low grade. Overall we would come back.

Wonderful oasis

Charming place! The staff is excellent and highly available to help with anything or answer any questions. Photos are accurate too! (Came here to relax and do some hiking and it was perfect.) My only suggestion is that they provide bottled water (or a jug in a water dispenser) — especially for guests staying for multiple nights. They provided this when asked, just would have been nice if it was in the room by default. Also, the WiFi signal did not reach my room (only got service near reception). Then again, it was kind of nice not to have the distraction of being too connected!

The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).

The domes are a unique way to experience Yelapa. The view of the river and jungle is unbeatable. It's a short 10 minute walk from the dock but you would need to take an ATV if you have a lot of luggage. Andrea was very helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. The style in the domes is very attractive. There is not a lot of hot water in the showers so you need to keep them a bit short (Our room had the hot and cold reversed, so keep that in mind). Ventilation can also be a bit of an issue in the domes, but wasn't a big problem. We also loved the The dogs and cats that roam the property.

My experience at this property was terrible. The temperature regulation for the shower wasn’t working so the water was either extremely hot or cold. We ended up bathing with cold water and caught a flu. The next day was even worse because the water stopped flowing after my hubby took a shower so I couldn’t take a shower before leaving. It was difficult getting through to the attendants to order breakfast and when we eventually did the food took hours to arrive and we had to leave without having breakfast. The staff was unapologetic which I found really rude. The hotel has potentials but definitely lacks proper management.

Servicio excelente, sin embargo, el menú que ofrecen no tenía muchas cosas. Por ejemplo pan, platillo decía guacamole, no hay. Todo muy bien, aré cerca si les surtan a los empleados lo necesario para cubrir lo ofertado en el menú. Recomiendo en los cuartos como plus pongan repelente para moscos. Contenta por la visita
