Cost-benefit ratio is good, very close (10 min) to Tlayacapan and Oaxtepec downtown by car. Parking lot is not big but at reception they serve as valet for your car. Wi-fi is a bit slow (around 10Mb/s).

Todo estuvo excelente, lo único que no nos encantó fue que no hay elevadores, los escalones son muy altos y cuesta trabajo subir, además de ser más cansado. La otra cosa que me hubiera gustado es que contaran con algún contacto con tierra física para poder cargar mi auto eléctrico.

No había nadie en recepción, hablamos al room service vía WhatsApp ya que no hay teléfono en la habitación y nadie atendió el WhatsApp ni llamada, tuvimos que salir a la calle a buscar que cenar y tampoco había quien nos abriera. En nuestra habitación no había toallas para el baño. No hubo quien nos hiciera check out y tampoco había quien nos abriera el portón para el Auto, tuvimos que abrir y cerrar por nuestra cuenta, si hubiéramos dejado abierto hubiera quedado inseguro para los demás huéspedes. Cualquier emergencia y nadie nos hubiera podido apoyar. Creo que para el costo deja poco que desear.
