Durante nuestras estancia nunca hubo agua caliente y no se hizo nunca la limpieza de la habitación. Al principio el personal fue amable y lo trato de solucionar sin embargo a nuestra salida cuando se habló con el dueño del hotel este fue muy grosero y prepotente diciendo que no nos regresarían nada de dinero pues a pesar de que nadie se había podido bañar durante toda la estancia y no habían hecho la limpieza en sus palabras “habíamos dormido ahí” en lugar de habernos ido a otro hotel. Al final se escondió y no dio más la cara y tuvo que ser un familiar de él quien nos resolvió un reembolso parcial.
No se hizo el servicio de limpieza a la habitación. Alegando que la srita de la limpieza no había ido ese día. La encargada del hotel a pesar de haber estado tampoco se encargó de ello.

El lugar es una construcción muy bonita y fuera de lo común, francamente le hace falta mantenimiento, pero la gran atención de la anfitriona Rebeca, hace que todo eso quede en segundo término. Hay mucha atención en servicio.

La propiedad es espectacular, es, es una mezcla entre hotel y estar en casa, aquí me quedé en una mansión a un precio muy razonable, el costo beneficio sin lugar a dudas lo cumple. Las vistas y jardines son espectaculares y la paz que recibes es incomparable. Eres atendido por la dueña y no por un empleado, ella es excelente anfitriona, te hace sentir en casa más que en un hotel.
