Very helpful welcome - advice re parking and dining. Bedroom - I especially appreciated the hairdryer and the quality of the soap in the shower. I would happily stay there again.

Great location easy off road parking which is free from 5pm to 9am and all day Sunday. Great host easy assess no thing was any trouble

Bit of TLC required especially shower mould and lots of cobwebs around. Not totally of putting as location bails the property out.

Bog Standard But OK For Money

Small room, you get what you pay for.. oh and this is cash only! shower not great, water didnt go down well, wafer thin walls, tv couldnt get any signal.. apart from that Yarm is nice, so if you could put a Holiday Inn or Hilton there that would be greatttt!

Great location

Conveniently central in the lovely town of Yarm. We were happy with our stay and check in experience. However, it would have been useful to know that there were no tv channels in use due to an ongoing mast issue. Had we been warned, we'd have brought a laptop for streaming Netflix. Also, only the grill worked but not the oven which will need looking at.. Overall though we enjoyed our time here. Thank you

Carol was a fantastic host enabling an earlier check-in and even collecting me from the station when I got stranded! The room was comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee - always important to me. If I am being really picky, the room could have been cleaner.

It could not have been more central to the town, yet it was quiet and secluded. We were met as arranged, a parking ticket was provided for our car and we were able to relax in very pleasant surroundings.
