Grey hotel in Yaoundé

Great hotel as always! My only choice in Yaoundé. Only disappointment were the loud, disrespectful guests who screamed the whole night in the hallway..maybe put business guests on a different floor than the raucous families?

J ai été choquée en quittant les lieux ce matin après avoir réglé la taxe de séjour ....que le petit déjeuner n’ était pas compris dans la Reservation or le petit dejeuner était compris lors de ma reservation. Le personnel a été accueillant et était prêt a aidé mais le problème se trouve au niveau de la GÉRANTE de l’ établissement. Cette dernière centralise les prises de décisions et ignore les plaintes des clients. Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été catastrophique, pour ne pas dire une véritable ARNAQUE. ​Ma chambre sentait l’urine qui remontait du tuyau d'évacuation, la douche était bouchée et la climatisation s’est arrêtée à 2h du matin. Étouffé par la chaleur, j’ai dû exiger une nouvelle chambre à 3h du matin. ​Étant donné que je n'avais pas bien dormi et que ma réservation prenait fin à midi, j’ai fait part de cet incident à la gérante ce matin à 10h. Elle m’a promis de trouver une solution dans les 10 minutes suivantes. Les 10 minutes écoulées, Quelle a été ma surprise de découvrir ensuite auprès de la réceptionniste que la gérante leur avait en réalité demandé d'attendre que ma carte soit désactivée a 12h pour me demander de quitter les lieux !!! ​Face à un tel mépris du client et au manque total de professionnalisme de la gérante, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel !!!

Pour ne pas glisser sur la flaque d’ eau j’ ai dû utiliser les serviettes comme support
Voila la commande principale de la climatisation qui affiche le code E7 qui est une panne m’ a dit le Technicien

Excellent hotel - excellent service

Absoluement impeccable. Le personnel est tres acceuillant, polit, et professionelle. L'hotel est tres bien placé, avec une tres belle vue et vraiment de haut niveau. Je reviendrai c'est sur!
