The variety of options for food was very nice. We did the all inclusive option which was decent for the price paid. Included mixed drink options could have been better. Beautiful property overall. Payal from reservations was super helpful in answering questions prior to our arrival and Noor at the reception desk was very efficient

The Shangri-La is a magnificent hotel!! While the facilities are excellent and there is a wide variety of activities available, it is the staff who are the best part of this place. They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so, so supportive. I have stayed here before and I will keep coming back each year as it truly is a wonderful place to stay.
