The resort is very big, with lots of different activities available. We like that there’re multiple locations for breakfast buffet, including an adult-only restaurant. The steak house is amazing. Room is a bit old but still very well maintained.

Had a wonderful stay. Transport from the airport to the resort was flawless and booked through the resort. Stayed at the adults only Reef wing and the staff was so attentive. I loved this place! Would highly recommend! Only complaint is that you only have so much to spend on food per day with the all inclusive package. Which was fine but didn’t like having to watch what we spent for lunch and dinner. Also, the resort is far away from everything so it cost a lot for transportation to do any activities.

Shangri La Yanuca Island was a beautiful experience with beautiful helping staff who are consistently and constantly welcoming, some who even went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one. We were unfortunate to not be granted clear and warmer weather during our stay so hopefully the next time we visit we'll get more use out of all their activities and amenities. Had a great time with my family when we visited last month. Thank you to all the staff who were very polite and helpful when we expressed some needs. They moved our room and were always checking in on us to make sure we were happy. Loved all the amenities and restaurants in the resort. The resort duty manager, Sunil was very kind and made sure we had a good time. They even arranged a cake and decoration for my husband's birthday!! Had a fantastic time, overall with our kids. Perfect family spot to enjoy the beauty of Fiji!

Shangri La Fiji never fails to impress. On behalf of my family , we would like to thank the whole team ( from room maide Timaleti who always left a special towel art for the kids, to Mali and all the boys running the pool/ water activities , the restaurant staff , all restaurants were very good and the lady at the bar of course for all the cocktails) a big thank you for making our holiday extra special. And at last Napoleon featured in the photo always welcomed us with open arms and a big smile and lovely music from his guitar! 5 star experience. We have been here 5 times, the kids always want to come back.

We loved it, we checked in to the kids side and the manager asked if we knew that then offered to move us, first night was lovely, room was nice but we ended up with the second next nights at the adult side with our room on the beach! Sensational. We loved the food, the best was the Italian restaurant (golden cowrie), service was exceptional! We can't remember the waitresses name but she was beautiful. The food was great, we went to the poolside bar after at Takali (I think it was called) we love Siteri, she was amazing and had so much fun!! She really went above and beyond to have the best time, amazing. Also special call out to Napoleon who was just lovely! We had the best time, thanks again to all the staff x

This was our second trip to this resort. We enjoyed it so much the first time. The rooms we clean and well maintained, serviced daily. The staff were more than happy to help with anything we needed. We found that fiji time was sometimes a little extreme and service did depend on where you were and who you got. The meals throughout the resort were lovely and something for everyone. This resort has something for everyone, for those that want to sit and relax or those that want to get out and do activities.

Exceptional in every respect. Location is unbelievable, world class snorkelling in front of your rooms. Great facility. Most welcoming staff on the planet. Breakfast is incredible with huge variety and fresh food. Would go back in a heartbeat, but I may not leave.
