We came here for a family holiday and loved this property. Beautiful Oceanview, Rooms are great and Breakfast Buffett wonderful. My only minor letdown was no regular exercise bike. Only an incumbent. It still gets 5 stars because everything else was splendid.

酒店位置临海，过马路就是天马栈桥和海边，看落日和夜景非常好。酒店客房服务需要改进，每日洗浴用品经常配置不全，而且洗发水和沐浴液颜色一样完全分不清楚，建议酒店使用不同颜色的瓶子进行区分。最让我们感到失望的是酒店自助晚餐，每人198元的收费，但完全不符合五星级酒店的自助餐标准。我们19:30到的餐厅，餐台上的食品已经像快收摊一样了，令人失望。一般酒店主打的冰鲜海鲜区看不到扇贝，生蚝等品种多样的海鲜，海虾只有几只，三文鱼也是跟服务员要求后才有人来切给你一点儿。蔬菜沙拉都已见底，冷切食品例如Salami, Cheese，Ham等完全没有提供。小龙虾小得可怜，只有小手指一样大，其他主菜区里的炒菜也完全有失水准，让人看了没有食欲。我们前不久去了三亚和西安，都是入住喜来登酒店，酒店自助晚餐收费是148元和168元，而且红白葡萄酒啤酒无限畅饮。烟台的希尔顿收费最贵，而且19:30这个时间正是晚餐用餐高峰期，甜品和糕点区的选择也非常少！总之我们非常失望，完全不值得198元的消费。
