신축느낌

신축느낌 그대로 시설은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 호텔 부럽지 않았고 울산바위가 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다만 엘리베이터 대기 시간이 너무 긴점이 아쉬웠어요. 인피니티풀로 올라가는 사람과 아래로 내려가는 사람이 붐비는.타이밍에는 10분까지도 대기 해본거 같습니다. 대체로 기다리는 시간이 너무 길어서 한번 나가기가 귀찮은 정도... 그래도 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.

호텔스이용 십수년넘은듯한데 첫 숙박후기 써봅니다. 성수기 급하게 필요했던 3인숙소라 초이가 없기도 했지만, 나름 숙소고르는 노하우가 있다 자부했는데 이번에 원숭이 나무에 떨어졌네요;;; 아파트형이라 다가족이 한객실을 사용하는 경우가 많아 주차가 턱없이 부족합니다. 3시 좀 넘어 그래도 일찍 체크인했다했는데 이미 지하주차장은 만차, 저녁먹고 들어왔더니 외부 임시주차장도 만차, 옆에 공영주차장에 세웠습니다. 주차에 이미털리고 객실올라가는 엘레베이터도 사람이 엄청나게 많아 한참을 기다리다 겨우타 객실앞에 도착했는데(방까지 복도에서도 쿱쿱한냄새가 나 이미 기분은 최악), 방문이 열려있었습니다. 보니 안에 아직 청소하는 사람이 계셨고 껌을 씹으며 그냥 무성의하게 ”잠시만요.”하고 들어가 한참 소식이 없으셔 방준비가 안된 방을 체크인을 했느냐했더니 “지금하잖아요.”하고 나오는데 청소도구는 돌돌이하나;; 방에 들어와보니 방바닥 끈적이고 청소상태가 엉망인데 컨플레인하기도 지쳐 바로 나갔다 들어와 60만원가까이 됬던 방에와 잠만자고 아침일찍 나왔습니다. 성수기에 3명숙소 급하게 잡았다 큰 실수했네요. 최악입니다. 가지마세요!

호텔이 아님. 콘도형 숙박시설입니다.

결론, 호텔이 아닙니다. 생활숙박형 콘도로 생각하시면 됩니다. -장점: 신축으로 비교적 깨끗함. 모바일 앱 통한 비대면 체크인/아웃으로 편리하며 도어 비번 수령 가능함. 냉장고 비교적 큼. -단점: 이틀째부터 청소서비스, 생수서비스 없음. 모두 추가 비용 지불해야함. 수건은 프론트에 별도 요청하면 작은타월은 제공해줌. 지하주차공간 부족하여 옥외주차공간 이용경우 많음. 트윈룸인데 실내 화장대(거울, 긴테이블)없음. 실내슬리퍼 없음. 호텔건축규정 아니여서인지 층간 소음(발망치) 매우 심함. 세제외 어메니티 없음. 20층 건물임에도 엘베 3대뿐! -의견: 호텔로서 1박이면 괜찮으나, 2박 이상시 다시 이용할 의사 없음. 처음부터 콘도형을 원하신다면 괜찮아요.

새거라 깨끗하긴하지만, 추천하고 싶지 않음

새로생긴 곳이었고, 호텔은 아니고 원룸형태의 방. 입실부터 모바일 체크인에 같은 방에 두가족이 배정이되고, 난 이미 짐을 푼상태라 다른분이 옮기심. 내 앱에는 다른방으로 배정되어 있어, 모바일에 나온 비번키로 다른 가족이 있는 방에 문을 열수있는 말도안되는 상황. 로비에 계속 전화해도 안받아서 로비로 내려왔더니 전화오는 것도 없이 대기 중인데, 받기 싫어서 전화 씹은게 보이고.... 아직 새로 오픈한 곳이라 어느정도 이해한다 해도 여길 1박에 연휴 성수기라 30만원을 주고 숙박한다는건 아닌듯.... 엘베도 3개라 체크인/아웃 시간에 15분 이상 대기는 필수임

한번정도 갈만한 숙소

정말 어제 지었다고 할 정도로 새거 인데 .. 입주청소좀 부르시지.. 가구만지면 그대로 손에 다 묻어요 .. 그리고 무슨오피스텔개조해서 만든 호텔같음 .. 물론 새거라서 그건 다 좋았는데..물도 못끓이게 할거면 인덕션은 왜있는 지 모르겠어요. 참고로 트윈침대는 바다전경아닙니다 ... 한번정도는 숙박할 수 있을정도.. 그리고 메인으로 놀만 한곳에서 조금 멉니다.
