“The staff were very helpful. A few restauraunts and convenience stores nearby. We went to the mall about 1km down the road every day for food and beverages.”

“The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids.”

“Great”

“Like the room. Staff very friendly.”

“有一个客人在桑拿房里随地吐痰，虽然不是酒店的责任，但是实在太恶心了！”

“Good service. Great variety on breakfast. Room was upgraded and I love it but the ceiling on the bathroom was fallen down and it was scary.”

“El diseño y los materiales utilizados para la construcción de este hotel le hace merecedor de mejor puntuación pero, el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y sobretodo , la limpieza, le descalifican. Buena ubicación. ”

“Conveniently located across the street from the light rail station. Loved the laundry facilities and buffet breakfast. Minus one star for wheelchair accessibility, but the staff at the door was kind enough to lift my dad and the wheelchair up the steps. Also, WiFi was extremely slow in during the day and evening; could be an issue for anyone considering remote work. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel!”
