They will send you a message shortly after booking asking for your email in some special format but your reply will get censored by Expedia - don’t worry about it as Expedia will forward messages properly. Look out for your door pin 1 day before checkin. Such a beautiful location. Wake up to Mt Fuji and the lake every morning - it may be misty at times but view is stunning when the weather clears. Bike rental and 7-11 just a few minutes walk away.

Our family had an amazing stay here. Location is very good, near the Lake Yamanaka, Mount Fuji view from the living room, dining room and bathroom. Clean and quiet. Washing machine works well. We arrived late at night, self check-in is convenient. Staff can be reached via tablet video chat. Convenient stores are nearby. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this hotel again next time we travel to Mount Fuji.

Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa.

Everything was great except

Everything except check in experience and shower was great. We had to input all guest name, address, and occupation using tablet and it was hustle. And shower water was weak. Very clean and luxurious house. Loved everything else. Going to try other rakuten stay places.

103号室リビングの大きい向かって左側の窓の汚れが すごく気になった｡ドックランの窓の外側に犬の足でガラスを擦った後が見えて、気持ち悪く不快でした。その他の掃除は、 特には、気になった所はなかったです テーブルに座ってレースのカーテンを開けて真正面にその汚れがモロに目の前にありカーテン全開にしたいのに残念でした。

イベント会場から近い所だったので、とても助かりました。 場所柄虫は多いのは仕方ないと思います。 殺虫剤も沢山あったのでよかったです。 後始末は誰がやるのか揉めがちでした。 それでも、洗濯機は使えたし、こどもはロフトが楽しかったし、お風呂は広いし、富士山見えるし、メリットの方が大きいと思いました。 イベントがなくてもまた訪ねると思います。

眺めがとても良いです。 施設も綺麗で良かったです。 鍵番号がメールで送られてくるのですが、1回開けてうっかり携帯を室内に置いてきてしまい、番号を思い出せず焦りましたが、フロントのような部屋があって、そこにあるタブレットから繋がり助かりました。気をつけた方がいいです。 室内設備も良かったです。ウェットティッシュが置いてあると尚良いです。 チェックインがあと1時間早いか、アウト時間があと1時間ゆっくりだともっといいです。
