“I had a wonderful stay at this hostel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Machiko, the owner, is such a kind, warm, and lovely person. I arrived later than expected, but she patiently waited for me to arrive, which I really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The location is incredibly peaceful and quiet. It was one of the best nights of sleep I had during my trip to Japan, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I only stayed for one night, but...

“En general, el hotel es arcaico. Todo moqueta, necesitaría más limpieza... Lo único que me gustó fue el onsen exterior con piedras. Volvería a Kawaguchiko, pero definitivamente no a este hotel. ”

“The place was nice. The only issue was that there was a weird smell in the room. I was told it is because of the new floor mats that were in, but it was bothering me although the smell is not harmful. It was quite noticeable. other than that, the place is really nice.”
