best choice in town with the most meticulously prepared dinner and breakfast. newly built hotel rooms with all the great belts and whistles. great room, comfortable beds and fast wifi. highly recommend this hotel!!!

Everything at this place was absolutely wonderful. The location was right beside the ski hill. The dinners and breakfast were incredible. The staff was very kind, the rooms were immaculate, and the choice of two Onsens - one outside and one inside was wonderful. Very quiet town - wonderfully relaxing vibe. Thank you so much!

初めて利用させて頂きました。スタッフの方が、どなたもお気遣いがあり、特に、男性スタッフのＴさんは、笑顔でご対応下さり、終始気持ち良く過ごす事ができました。お食事は、何を食べても美味しく、お夕飯はボリュームはたっぷり、朝はバイキングで大満足です。お風呂も広く清潔感があり、特に露天風呂は最高でした。お部屋も落ち着いた畳調で、バリアフリーで景観も良く、フロント横にあるラウンジでは、ドリンクやアイスキャンデー等のサービスが素晴らしいです。有難うございました。

景色優美又方便的溫泉酒店

酒店就在藏王山纜車站旁，非常適合上山欣賞樹冰和滑雪。房間很大亦有按摩椅，早上窗外景色非常優美。酒店有兩個溫泉，推薦離酒店100米外的溫泉，室外溫泉設計美觀，配合漫天飄雪，景色非常漂亮。

這次預約一泊二食。 硬體方面，房間非常漂亮也非常乾淨、窗戶打開就是雪景，令人開心：） 溫泉有2個！晚餐、午餐也很豐盛精緻。 浴衣除了基本花色之外還可以自己挑選其他花色、出入也都有防滑鞋/大衣可外借，很貼心。 服務方面，可能外國旅客讓部分飯店人員有些疲憊（？），但整體來說都很盡力提供好的服務。其中一位英文對應的女性staff非常熱情，很謝謝她。 位置很方便，走路3分鐘左右就是纜車站。另外還有接送服務非常方便。
