The hotel is fantastically located next to the station and within walking distance of Kajo park. The room was clean and a lot larger than many other business hotels in Japan. The breakfast was decent with a variety of options to suit most diners as well.

I would give the staff 10 stars if possible! Everyone on staff was excellent. If I could change one thing with the hotel, I would ask for the non-smoking rooms to be priced the same as the smoking rooms.

OK for overnight stay as it closes to station. Hotel looks old. Hot tub is crowd and water extremely hot. Breakfast is crowd and impossible for more food as the line up is long.

1.The room space and the bed were small for 2 person. 2.The restaurant was very crowded during breakfast. The bath on the 14th floor should be equipped with a handle to prevent slipping. There was litter in the elevators.(both!)

駅から近く最高の立地。シングルルーム利用でしたが、部屋が広々して設備も充実。 大浴場が最上階なので、1階に大浴場のあるホテルと違って、宿泊客やホテルスタッフと遭遇する事が無く快適。 朝食メニューが日替りの為、連泊者にとっては有難く、山形ならではの出汁や玉コンなど美味しくいただけた。 食事する座席が多く、混み合って居ても直ぐに座れる状況だった。 細やかながらもサービスにいただいたおやつのおつまみが微笑ましく嬉しかった。 一つだけ残念なのは、大浴場の浴槽の中、足元に感じる砂利の様な物がチョッと不快に感じた。

従業員の対応が良かった。 部屋のふとんにベッドカバーのような余計なものがなく、使いやすくて良かった。 風呂はせっかく最上階にあるので、フィルムで全部を隠さずに一部景色が見えるようにしてほしかった。

冷蔵庫が壊れていてクレームしたら交換してくれたけどそもそも最初に点検するべき。 5時に大浴場行ったら暗証番号がエラーになり、フロントまで行ってきてもらったら5時は前日の暗証番号とのこと…そんなことどこにも記載なかった。 やまぎんホール前なので便は良かったけど設備に難ありでした。

1️⃣朝食ビュッフェスタイルで宿泊費用に対しての料理レパートリー準備内容に不満を感じました 2️⃣部屋のクリーニングが完璧でなかった➡️ エアコン吹き出しが埃だらけ➡️床のクリーニングが完璧でなくゴミが目立っておりました 3️⃣1人で宿泊しましたがツインベッドで広々宿泊出来たのは良かったです
