Great welcome at the front Desk, in spite of a late arrival, fast and friendly check-in; splendid room, spacious with all amenities a customer would like to get during his staying (mini fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, bottle of water refiled every day); great bedroom and mattress...all dedicated and friendly employees. Special thanks to Zeynep ANIM.

Lovely hotel

My experience at the hotel was pleasant, the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel had facilities available. The hotel wasn’t far from the city centre and coast. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I had extended my staying for own reasons, but very delighted by all amenities there, the whole employees (receptioninst, waiters, house-keeping team...); moreover the food quality served at the restaurant is great, and with reasonable rates. Many thanks to all of you. S.DEPERSIN

Very spacious suites. Bathrooms need venting. Some items ( like Iron for example) needs to be replaced. Air-conditioning works great. Service is great otherwise. Car parking can be difficult if busy.

6/10 Okay

I’ll be brutally honest. I stayed in a suite on the 5th floor, and the first thing I noticed was a mix of air freshener and a strong sewage smell from the drains. The suite has two bathrooms, and both had a very unpleasant odor. I tried covering the drain with a plastic bag and towel, which helped a bit, but housekeeping removed it daily. The master bathroom was poorly lit, with only one ceiling light and weak mirror lighting. The room has large windows facing the road, making it noisy at night—I had to use earplugs. The window sealing also seemed poor, letting in even more noise. The fitness area was disappointing: one treadmill didn’t work, the other needed maintenance, and the dumbbells only went up to 15 kg. The rest felt like a basic home gym. There was also a cigarette smell coming through the ventilation. The bed wasn’t comfortable—the pillows were too firm, and the duvet felt thin. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s parking outside, a grocery store next door, and it’s a short walk to the city center. ## Would I stay again? No.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the staff—especially the night shift team. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Truly made my experience outstanding. 👏✨

Very good Hotel.

All the hotel staff were very kind, so it was a pleasant trip. I was very satisfied with the room cleaning condition, and the breakfast and dinner were also very good. If I go to YALOVA next time, I want to go again.

It,was my first time staying ın Yelova, and ın the Ramada Wyndham Hotel. It's not what I expected the hotel to be. Its old, ın a very busy section off Yelova. There's nothing that stands out for me to make me go back again.

Smoking smell

Everything was fine, I was going to extend my reservation. But in the middle of the night the smell of smoking started to creep into the room. Then in the morning at 9 the smell got worse, which woke me up. Note that my room was non-smoking.

Good location, service and cleaning poor

Ok location, 10 minutes walk to city center. Staff and service below par. Staff seems uninterested, ignoring customers as much as possible. Hotel demands pre-payment of whole stay at check in, and when extending stay, they insist on full check out and check in on the day of extension. Restaurant has ok menu, but runs out of main ingredients. No alcohol sold in restaurant, but waiters says it is ok to go to shop next door and buy beer to bring with you to the meal. Rooms are roomy with good size and comfortable, clean beds and towels, but cleaning of rooms are very lax.
