Great Hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable stay. We had to stay there for a long period of time as we get settled in Yalova. A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja.

we reserved no smoking room but the room had bad smell , They changed it but unfortunately, the bed was not balance and was broken. I had to put something under it to keep the sound and balancing. I believe this is my first negative review ever . A bunch of inexperienced pity kids with absolutely no knowledge of hotel customer service . I travel at least 3-4 times a year, I have never seen such hotel customer service before. in addition , they don’t speak English The details are too long to write here, but they were fighting me over my request for clean towels .They didn’t clean my room ( a suite for 4 people) and started fighting with me when I asked for towels. They were incredibly rude and unbelievably disrespectful. When you have such experience, nothing else matters, I wanted to escape from Turkey .the location is very far from the city, you should have a car , but the hotel is new . Good luck with being successful with such customer service in a competitive industry . I suggest to hire at least one experienced person to manage those kids.

Öncelikle otel çok kötü böceklerle dolu heryerim şişti ve kızardı yemekler çok kötü konumu yol kenarı petrolün yanı ulaşımı zor yani asla tekrar gelmem buraya verdiğim parayı hiç hakketmedi. Sadece niki hanımın masajını beğndim gereğinden fazla pahalıydı zaten . Can sağlığınızı düşünüyorsanız sakın burayı tercih etmeyin. Hiç tavsiye etmiyorum

Otel Bursa-Yalova anayolu ustunde, benzinci yaninda. En az 2 ay onceden rez yapmama ragmen SPA icin onceden randevu kabul etmediler. Geleceginiz gun sabah ancak randevu alabiliriz dediler. Giris gunu sabah arayip kese-kopuk ve masaj icin 16.00'ya randevu aldim. SPA'ya indigimizde hamam ve sauna buz gibiydi. Biz soyledikten sonra saunayi isittilar ama hamam soguk kaldik. Biz sicak sulari acip isitmaya calistik. Masaj guzeldi. Ama kese-kopuk ayri bir odada resmen soguk musalla tasi uzerinde yapildi. Kopuk suyu cok soguktu. Soft icecek ikrami yapilmadi. Once kese-kopuk sonra masaj yapilmasi gerekirken tam tersi yapildi. SPA olarak hic uygun degil. Kapali havuz, buhar odasi yok. Masaj yapan kiz turkce bilmiyor ve yalniz basina birakilmis. Sikayetlerimizi ilettigimizde Sevcan Hn.'in usttenci tavirlari cok rahatsiz ediciydi. Aksam yemegimizide otelde aldik ve maalesef kotuydu. Sadece Serkan Bey ugradigimiz hayal kirikligini gidermek icin elinde geleni yapmaya calisti. Kendine tesekkur ederiz.
