Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel.

Perfect Experience

We took a vacation with my mom for 2 night. Staff is really professional. It felt like a 5 Star hotel experience. Place is clean. Renting a car is strongly recommended if you want to visit beautiful places in the city.

Otel, odalar, havlular temizdi. Çalışanlar çok sıcakkanlıydı. Teras kattaki havuz çocuk havuzuna dönmüştü girmek mümkün olmadı. Bayram tatilinde gittiğim için öyle denk gelmiş olabilir ama biz tadını çıkaramadık. Yemekler de fena değildi. Yalnız hiç memnun olmadığımız şey yataklardı. İnanılmaz rahatsız uyuyamadık her yerimiz ağrıdı. Yastıklar çok yüksekti.
