Rooms were clean, staff is respectful, free breakfast was a plus. This hotel has improved tremendously over the last few years. Kudos to the staff for making it a pleasant stay.

The place is scary! We felt totally unsafe getting out the car in the parking lot! Rooms were so filthy we asked for a refund. I will never stay at another Red Lion again! Expedia you need to drop this place!

This should not be on Expedia. The building is run down. Hand typed signs all over about no guests in your room. Smelled, run down. Most concerning is the area surrounding the building. We did not feel safe for our possessions. Found another place to stay…would not refund even though we turned around and left.

Staff seemed fine. No issue there. But the hotel was dirty and run down. Not even close to other red lions I have stayed at before. Smelled of old stale cigarettes. Transients hanging around in the parking lot, also appears many of them live in said parking lot. We went into our room and immediately left due to lack of cleanliness and smell. Definitely felt unsafe to even leave vehicle in parking lot. We left town completely and stayed in ellensburg.

Dirty, homeless people surrounding property, grafitti on second story below windows, tv on and no remote to turn it off, no towels, in room to inspect and did not stay. Window had orange blanket cor a drape. Will dispute charge.

Typically Red Lion’s are places I would stay which is why I booked this room. The property is in an unsafe location in Yakima. It is surrounded by homeless people and drug addicts. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. But I ended up moving hotels right after I checked in and asked for a refund. The rooms say No Smoking but clearly people smoke in them. By the time my daughter and I checked out our eyes and lungs were burning. When I turned on the water in the shower it was brown at first. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything in the adjoining rooms.
