La propriĂ©taire n’est pas sur place, nous Ă©tions informĂ©s de cela. ArrivĂ©e tardive le soir, bonne organisation pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs.Une personne charmante nous a accueillis le matin pour notre premier petit dĂ©jeuner. Les petits dĂ©jeuners suivants ont Ă©tĂ© moins agrĂ©ables, une autre personne officiant Ă  sa place. Faisant son travail mais pas plus, pour ne pas dire moins. Service moins enjouĂ© et sans enthousiasme.

Une excellente adresse Ă  Yaiza

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits dans la chambre "Pergola" au premier Ă©tage avec terrasse. Notre chambre Ă©tait spacieuse, avec une grande salle de bains et une immense terrasse bien agrĂ©able. La wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit dĂ©jeuner n'avait rien d'exceptionnel mais Ă©tait bien suffisant pour dĂ©marrer la journĂ©e. Nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriĂ©taires (boĂźte Ă  clefs avec code). Bon Ă  savoir : un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur est Ă  disposition dans la salle du petit-dĂ©jeuner. Belle piscine bien que nous n'ayons pas eu l'occasion de l'utiliser ... Quelques bĂ©mols : manque de chaises dans la chambre et sur la terrasse, une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able et persistante dans la salle de bains (problĂšme de siphon ?), lumiĂšre insuffisante dans l'escalier (le haut de l'escalier est complĂštement dans l'obscuritĂ© (sortez vos lampes !), nous n'avons pas eu de cadeau de bienvenue Ă  l'arrivĂ©e comme annoncĂ© (peut-ĂȘtre faut-il le rĂ©clamer ?)

La casa estĂĄ muy bien con su piscina, el desayuno variado y el personal amable. Zona muy tranquila y muy bien comunicada para ir a otras zonas. A pocos metros de la casa hay un banco, una farmacia y un supermercado.

Perfect stay to visit Lanzarote

Very friendly owners and a very clean and nice room. You can use the swimming pool as well and the neighbourhood is very calm. Definately recommend to stay here to visit Lanzarote (south and central)

Enjoyable stay.

Good breakfast. Good advice about activities for the day. Didn’t use pool as was a bit chilly. Yaiza itself is very sleepy. Not many places to eat- we went to El Golfo for dinner. Quiet B&b, v comfy bed. Simple change for owners to make would be to update bedlinen which may add touch luxury.

Paradise with a pool

The standard room was quite confortable for three (2 adults+6yr old- free of charge) and next to the swimming pool. Super-clean, as well as the other environments of the mansion. Breakfast leaves no desire open. Handy to explore the southwestern part of the Island. Very friendly staff, helpful with tips and suggestione. Would definetly book again.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Bellissima casa coloniale di recente costruzione e con alcune finiture in stile canario. La posizione Ăš perfetta per visitare il centro sud, vicinissima al parco nazionale Timanfaya. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, tutto pulito e colazione abbondante. Bellissime decorazioni del bagno e piccolo patio vicino alla piscina. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, ci hanno consigliato su orari e posti da visitare, ristoranti.
