We stayed for 7 days and the location was beautiful but we would recommend hiring a car to get around as most things are a short drive away … The Spa was great we used it everyday and treated this holiday as a relaxing getaway …

This is a special property! The location is spectacular and SO quiet at the very edge of Puerto Calera. The rooms are modern and immaculate and the staff is friendly and efficient. The activities are mostly self directed (no group ones) and there is lovely live music entertainment each night. Resto options are fewer than most other Secrets we’ve been too but the food was excellent—fresh, healthy and delicious. We were grateful for all inclusive as without a car, we’d have to walk or taxi to Calera for meals and shopping otherwise. The perfect peaceful escape on the island.

Staff were fantastic. Lovely people and so helpful. Hotel and room was wonderful. We initially had a lower level room with some ‘ventilation issues’. No fuss was made by staff and we were quickly moved to an upper floor which was perfect. The hotel itself was always immaculate. The bar staff were great. The sushi restaurant was a particular highlight. The chefs were exceptional and everything was delicious. The restaurants were great. The staff exceptional and the food and drinks fantastic. A few little things to note. The toiletry products in the room were quite low quality. I expected better shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in what is advertised as 5 star. Silly things like not having real butter at breakfast seemed strange. Sun loungers were fine but probabaly could do with replacing with thicker mats. Overall, I would highly recommend for an All inclusive stay to relax and indulge.

Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. I would say the best part of this resort is the food. The quality and choice is amazing both at the buffet and in the specialty restaurants. The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel.
