the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the area was quiet enough that I slept with the window open (Saturday night!) breakfast options were limited, the price per room has really gone up in the last while, not as good a value as it used to be

It was a good hotel. Not great for a family of four, but we made it work. If you were traveling solo or with a smaller family, it would be much more comfortable.

We stayed there in middle of December for 2 night. It was very cold in our room. Unfortunate there wasn’t individual AC controller in our room. We called front desk and they told us they will raise the temperature up for us but it never happened and we couldn't sleep because we were freezing for the both nights we stayed.

Not very pleasant

Elevator, hallways, everything was nasty. Carpet was stained and trash around corners. Rooms were so hot but air conditioners didn’t work. Front desk staff were nice, but unprofessional and didn’t understand what they were saying when we checked in. (They are learning Japanese.)

car park space not enough you have to find your own parking. If you booked online for 2 adults and 2 children and breakfast included, that is not the final price! They will charge you extra for the kids once you are in the hotel. that is not so nice. The price should have reflected full during the booking time. expedia please look into this one and make sure all fees covered during booking.

this is a typical business hotel and i would have given it a higher rating, but the air conditioning system sucks. It had only off, low, medium, High. It was on High the whole time and barely blew out any air. The filter is totally clogged so I cleaned it and it made no difference. The biggest issue with this is that it had no way to control the temperature it was only a fan control. It was always too warm and very humid so I don't think any air conditioning was working at all . We were there end of May when the weather is perfect, so it was tolerable. I think it would be miserable in July or August unless the buildings air conditioning system gets fixed. I've stayed at many hotels in Japan and most of them have climate control in each room. I was very disappointed to find that this hotel, as nice as it is, does not provide this in each room.
