2回目の宿泊。前回はシャワーのみの部屋だったので、今回は風呂付きのサウスウィングに。広くて綺麗でとてもよかった。連泊すると夕食・朝食の変わり映えのなさに飽きてしまうが、犬も喜んでくれたので良い思い出になった。

３回目の利用です。いつもキレイで快適に過ごせるのですが、今回は洗面所に沢山の髪の毛が落ちていて残念でした💦 ホコリや拭けば落ちる汚れもあり。。。これからも利用したい施設なのでもう少し念入りに清掃お願いしたいです。

毎年連泊で宿泊していますが、施設がどんどん増えて充実しています。安心して過ごせるのは良いですが、躾の出来ていない飼い主もいるので、夜中吠えている子や朝食会場で吠えていても、全く気にしない飼い主がいたり今回はゆっくり過ごせず残念でした。

宿泊施設は大変良く気に入りました。食事も美味しく頂きました。ただ雨天の為犬を遊ばせる場所が無く、屋根付ドッグランも雨が吹き込み無理でした。折角犬の為に宿泊したのに、ただ一泊しただけでした。寒い時期も犬が遊べる施設が欲しいと思いました。

ドッグランが最高でした。夏だったらプールも楽しめそうなのでまた来たいと思いました。残念だったのはサウナ・露天風呂付きのお部屋だったのですが、サウナのドアが固くて開け閉めがスムーズにできなかったことと露天風呂にお湯をはって少し時間が経つとお湯がぬけてしまったことですかね…。でもわんこはいつも笑顔でした！

本館に泊まったが周りの施設が近くすぐ行けて便利。駐車場は夜だとどこに停めていいかわかりづらい。部屋は隣上下壁が薄いのか物音がしてうちの犬だと敏感で吠えが止まらなかった。夏にもう一度利用したい。

２回目の利用でした。朝、チェックアウト前に、ワンちゃんとお散歩にコースに出掛け、思ったより長いコースだったので、チェックアウトが少し遅れてしまいました。30分も過ぎていないのでその旨を伝えたのですが、『決まりですので』と無愛想な態度で言われ、延長代を請求されました。せっかくの楽しい2日間の最後が少し残念な思い出になりました。

もう泊まることはないです。

部屋に入った瞬間、犬臭ではなく人間の皮脂？油臭い様な異臭で驚きましたが、トイレやお風呂に長い髪の毛や陰毛なども落ちたままでとても不快でした。また床に滴が落ちた際にティッシュで拭き取ったらあまりの真っ黒さにびっくりしました。こんなに汚い床に愛犬を歩かせるのは抵抗ありました。とにかく休まらない部屋です。いいのか悪いのかわかりませんがフロントでチェックインして鍵をもらったらあとはそのまま放置状態で、どこにいるスタッフも決して感じがいいとは言えません。価格に見合っていない宿泊です。周りにもリピーターが全くいないので納得でした。

とにかく広い。その中に犬と過ごすための施設がたくさんある。原則、犬と一緒に利用できないところはない。ドッグランやレストラン、ショップが複数あり、人も犬も充実ひた時間を過ごすことができた。
