“Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star.
Breakfast is very nice however.”

“I came to Shanghai wanting to see real Chinese history, and the host recommended the East Wing of the Shanghai Museum, easy to reach by metro. The bronze gallery stunned me: three-thousand-year-old pieces so well preserved, and I stayed there a whole day. Back at the apartment, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. Dining in Xujiahui is convenient. The host speaks very good English, replies fast, and the museum recommendation proved right.”
