This was our second time at Catalonia. We had a wonderful vacation. Only thing we weren’t aware of was the change in the mini bar. The only alcohol available in the room is beer. Staff and services were great.

Overall we had a great stay and met a lot of people. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The few complaints we had were the food is probably a 5 out of 10 and the property only has 1 pool and it was pretty warm and not very refreshing to get in. Also, the buffet closes at 3:30pm which isn’t like any other all inclusive resort I’ve been to. The restaurants were pretty good overall.

My first time visiting this hotel and definitely I will come back... I went to celebrate my birthday and I love the attention. Quetzabel was very friendly and lovely, at the buffet. The shows were great. To finish, I am very picky person with the food, and I can say that every restaurant in the hotel offer a really good food; I really like all of them but my favorite was the Mexican.

It was such a great experience. The staff was truly amazing, the food was great, the pool was clean. Room service was amazing they came in a few times a day. The men at the catamaran boat helped my fiancé propose out on the water. Everything was amazing! We will definitely be returning.

The resort was the perfect, small, walkable size. The breakfast and lunch buffets were great. The dining experiences were marked by low waits. The rooms were well-appointed. However, the resort only allows one towel per person for the pool/beach. It was very difficult to get towels swapped out. Other than these two inconveniences, we had a great time.

Everything was perfect! The staff everywhere on the property were so helpful and accommodating. They all spoke enough English to help us because we don't really speak Spanish. The room and path through the jungle were awesome! Cute little critters that were not intimidated by us at all. Beautiful place. The restaurants were all delicious. Our first all inclusive and it is worth it! Would Definitely go back.

Our stay was very good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The property was a bit dated but well maintained and clean. The food was standard resort food with the exception of the Italian and asian restaurants were well done and above average. We expected a bit more from the Mexican restaurant seeing as we were in Mexico. It would also be nice to have snacks available poolside. Overall a very nice 5 days at Catalonia at Tulum!
