An excellent stay and highly recommended for those trying to be low key on vacation not too crowded on our stay which was nice, missed whale sharks by a couple days but would recommend doing that if your into it, cenotes are a must for your full experience! If your looking to eat off the resort highly suggest ARKA it definitely is expensive but absolutely worth the experience. When booking here if you want most bang for buck I suggest the privileged romance suite, comes with a 30min couples massage and custom romantic dinner either on the beach or in the restaurant. Definitely will be coming back.

The staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive and accommodating. It was adults only, which is always fantastic. The food was good and the drinks were on point. Now the facility ... so wonderfully unique. I love an eco resort and the animals were beautiful, so stinking adorable. I would highly recommend.

We stayed 8 nights. Rooms were beautiful and service was amazing. We did tip them out on our first night.. may have increased their customer service(cleaning and towels). We had one run in with the Front desk night manager.. issues with our upgrade..but we did not let it shadow our vaca. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and kind! Especially Angie, Quecha(possibly spelled wrong) and Alex at the buffet! And the omelet makers were also amazing! Pool bar attendants were great!! We had issues making reservations for dinner every night.. but were able to squeeze in with a little help from the waiters. And last but not least.. the Happiness Makers Team.. always smiling and involved with activities!!

Great meals, very helpful and kind staff members, clean surroundings, clean rooms, good choices of restaurants for dinner. The downside is that for an all inclusive Adult resort, it seemed to die down before midnight - literally lights out! No bars, nothing!! And the choice of drinks in the rooms was not the greatest, it would help to have at least a few little bottles of spirits rather than just beers.
