Really nice place, first day PLS make sure you travel the rest of the resorts and understand all the activities available this will help you plan ur days better. the arcade was not included and a few water activities were additional cost as well. overall the staff were super nice and our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Reserve your restaurants first day. The buffet definitely felt some days were better than others, if you don’t like the food at one place walk a few minutes to the next resort( that’s what we did lol). The resort itself was nice, and the kitchen staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from the overall experience. I expressed several times to the front desk that we had a leak in our bathroom, as well as an issue with our clothes being washed, but unfortunately, neither concern was properly addressed. I was disappointed that after bringing these issues to their attention multiple times, there was little follow-up. I was also expecting the beach to be cleaner and more enjoyable. We actually ended up traveling elsewhere to find a nicer part of the beach. If you’re planning to spend most of your time at the resort enjoying the amenities, I think it’s a good option. However, if having a beautiful beach is a major part of your vacation, I would keep in mind that the beach here may not meet your expectations. Overall, we had some good moments during our stay, but there are definitely areas where the resort could improve, particularly with guest service and maintenance.

It was frustrating to get a drink at the Swim bar every day we were there. There was not very many people to help get us a drink. The food at the buffet was OK but the restaurants when you make reservation was really good. When we first checked in, they were confused because we booked at this hotel but they had us at their sister company so that was a little frustrating. The beds were amazing and the air-conditioning was terrific and a lot of staff were really nice though.

The staff were nice. I had to pay $25 cash base on Expedia final fees after arival but for some reason they charged $50. A lot of rocks. My friends, that came with me, said they not going to return because of that reason. And a lot of sea weeds. Stinking so bad at the beach.
