“I had a very wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Staff are excellent ”

“入住時，櫃檯人員完全沒說明任何設施或服務，甚至還要房客親自詢問。入住時表明會幫忙折抵停車費，結果在停車場卻開不出去，還要打給飯店，員工一句道歉也沒說。房間隔音差，陽台的燈關不掉。退房的時候，員工也是省話到不行，語氣完全感覺不到禮貌。要補繳停車費，直接跟我說：你要給我一百。做人都不會做，還要來飯店工作。”

“Very kind and friendly owner and staff! And the property has the most beautiful hot springs spa area. The evening energy in the spa area was soothing, peaceful, beautiful and mellow. I especially loved the Oolong Tea bath, the Japanese herb bath, and lying on warm salt crystals! I would definitely stay here again. ”

“原木屋區內部挑高無壓迫感，燈光較暗但舒適，隔音也良好，雖然離會館的餐廳較遠，不過散步一下享受園區也不錯。”

“老闆娘很親切，民宿環境乾淨，四周安靜空氣也很好👍很幸運地,這次正值螢火蟲季節也帶我們去看到很多的螢火蟲，值得推薦的民宿，有機會會再次造訪❤️”
