交通至便

エアポートバスが発着していたり、地下鉄の駅に近くて便利です。ホテルの人たちも感じが好いですが、英語が通じる人が少ないのが難点。設備は古びています。元々は豪華で最新のホテルだったと思います。

西安博物館も近くとても部屋も広く、言葉が通じなくても、親切に対応していただいた。このホテルは環境も良

ホテルの部屋が３０畳ほどもありとても広く、アクシデントがあり困ったらきちんと対応してくださった。いかにも中国という感じのホテルで、ピアノも聞くことができ、ホテルの中に池もありホテルの方に。通訳の方も紹介していただいた。ほんとにお世話になりました。最初の印象が中国は、不親切な国という印象をテレビ党でマインドコントロールされていますが、治安もよく。忘れ物や大事なものもきちんと探してほんとに言葉が通じなくても、何とか１人旅できて楽しかった。近くに西安博物館があり、ここはシルクロードの起点で、仏教がまだ心でねずいているところで１人歩きも安心してできました。日本は中国から漢字や仏教都市計画などを学び今の日本に発展してきています。困ったら、漢字で書くと通じる国です。同じ文化の土台を軸にして中国と日本がもっと仲良く交流していけたらよいと感じます。ほんとに親切にしていただき感謝いたします。しぇーしぇー。政治の分野を乗り越えて、もっと仲良くできる国信頼できる国です。深く言うと日本は、第２次大戦で中国をイギリスのアヘンや植民地から解放し、今の中国の土台のインフラや電気製品いろいろ協力して、今の発展の１部にもなっています。はん日の教育だけでなく、そういう日本の良い部分もこれから若い人たち子供たちにも教育していただきたいと切に願います。中国にも日本にも過去の歴史に悔いのあることが多いです。その歴史認識で日本人も反省してもっと謙虚に中国に学ぶべきです。過去に中国は他国を侵略していません。アメリカは過去に多々ハイパーインフレにしてそして他国に戦乱を起こし、それで富をユダヤが蓄えてきています。その事実を日本の社会に伝えます。神仏の加護のあることをいのります。

Unfortunate experience.

When I checked in I was told no Reservation. I had confirmation from Hotels.com but that meant nothing. They agreed that I was in the right place. They basically implied that I probably made it up because they wouldn't give that rate so unless I could prove it, they wouldn't honour it. After many minutes of frustrated talking, (keeping my cool nicely) they agreed on one night at that rate but I would have to look for other accomm the next day. It seemed they had never heard of Hotels.com. The room was the crappiest smallest room in the back corner of the hotel with a bathroom/toilet that two of us couldn't physically fit in at the same time. The carpets had never been vacuumed. The beds felt like a hard board. I had booked a higher priced upgrade to a "Deluxe Suite". The next day at reception with a laptop logged onto Hotels.com account showing my confirmation and the room I booked, they agreed to extend for the other two nights I had originally booked at the same rate. (I should have checked out and gone somewhere else). I didn't get the upgrade or any offer of apology or compensation. In fact the attitude of all the staff was as if they didn't want to be there or bother with anything at all. While I was at the counter another guest walked up to the counter and stood there for quite a while as 3 clerks stood about trying to look busy, then huffed and finally walked away unattended. Please don't stay at this hotel, I certainly won't, they don't deserve your business.

落ち着いた感じのホテル

ロビーの感じは良かった。ドアの錠はカード式で有るが、ドアクローザーの調子があまりよくなく、内側から引っ張らなければならなかった時がある。フロントの対応は良かった。又、夕食で２階のレストランに行ったら、１人なのを確認して１階のレストランまで案内してくれた。

普通です

暖房の効きが悪く、寒かったです。 それ以外は普通でした。アメニティもきちんと揃っていましたが、 バストイレが下水から上がる臭気で結構臭かったです。 朝食は46元で、宿泊費と同時請求でした。06:30～09:00まで。 空港までのバス代は25元で、追加の燃料費は必要なくなっていました。
