The AC didn't work. The bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain. The shower door did not close so the bathroom floor was a pool.

Lovely hotel, good staff, shame it was so dirty

The hotel was good, reasonable price for a comfortable suite room. We were disappointed that we didn't have a window as we had not been told that when we booked the room and they had no other rooms available. The hotel reception staff and concierges were very helpful but I'm not sure what the housekeeping staff do there. The room had inches of dust on any out of reach areas and a collection of cigarette butts behind the bedside tables. Also for some reason if you turned the air conditioning on the room got much warmer (28 degrees C) and not cooler. this ruined the experience.
