We arrived at the Renaissance Xi'an Hotel without particularly high expectations, but the hotel exceeded them in every way. We had a truly enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge. The evening offerings included an excellent variety of high-quality food, making it one of the better hotel lounges we have experienced. Breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection of choices and excellent service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were traveling with my 89-year-old father-in-law, and as soon as we arrived, the team immediately provided a wheelchair without us having to ask, which made a tremendous difference and demonstrated their commitment to guest care. The hotel itself is modern and fun, with several service robots that deliver items to guest rooms, adding a unique touch to the experience. Our room was comfortable, offered a nice view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—especially appreciated during the summer heat. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On our departure day, the hotel securely stored our luggage while we spent the day exploring Xi'an. They also graciously extended our checkout until 3:00 PM, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Overall, we had an excellent experience. Between the outstanding lounge, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful service, the Renaissance Xi'an Hotel made our visit memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly
