I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for sightseeing with my bf. Generally, this hotel is very clean and very new with quirky perks. Room is comfortable, but I had problem with the mattress, which was too hard for me. The only issue we experienced was that the staff in this hotel doesn't speak English at all? I thought this hotel receives foreign customers so they must speak some English? My bf is English and he found it rather difficult to communicate with the hotel staff asking for help! Btw, the steam room for female customers never worked during my stay, this is a shame.

The room was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings. High tech as well. Gym is very well equipped. Did not get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked good. Breakfast buffet is extensive and well priced at 100 yuan. We had room service twice which was prompt. Staff were all friendly and professional.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Many options, beautiful presentation and great service. My room was amazing. The spa was very good as well. I had a massage and facial and the staff was very attentive and professional Overall, excellent staff at this hotel. Unfortunately, I worked overnight and the internet was horrible. I ended up using my hot spot from the US. This appears to be a problem with all the hotels I have stayed through out my trip in China, very slow or no internet. I picked this hotel because it is located 10 minutes away from the high speed train station.

Had truly memorable 7-night stay at the JW Marriott Xi’an. This new property is beautiful, and it clearly befits the JW Brand. Its location is also very good. There is a big mall next door, and the metro is a 5-minute walk that can conveniently take you anywhere in the city. The staff here are truly exceptional. Every staff member that I have met and has been very friendly and helpful. I will just mention a few examples: 1. Eddie from the front desk always went beyond his duty to help me navigate to certain locations by writing instructions so that don’t get lost. 2. Jenny from the JW Kitchen . Very morning made me feel welcome and no request during breakfast was too hard. 3. Lilly, Demi. And Nana from the executive lounge . All 3 ladies willing to go beyond their duty To help and show genuine interest in how your day has been I nearly forgot to mention that the the food provided in the lounge during happy hour is excellent. It's a buffet dinner. I can highly recommend JW Marriott Xi’an due to its wonderful staff and the other mentioned reasons

The room was immaculate, the staff were absolutely terrific and there was not a thing that could be improved as everything was 100% good. The staff made our stay memorable, especially when a bag with cards and personal items was left in the safe. The staff went out of their way to get it courierd to our next hotel 1550Km away ….. absolutely amazing service. Thank you. Especial mention for Jenny Zehn who arrange our bag to catch us up 👍😁✅
