Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

Overall experience was excellent at this hotel. The only issue was they make all guests wear swimming caps for the pool and the reason was "our hair will dirty the pool".

this is one of the newer hotels in Xi’an. Located in a desired area with convenient access to highway or the inner city. Hotel itself is in great condition with tasteful design. The staffs are extremely nice and polite. Especially Mr. Jerry Zheng who has been really helpful during our stay. The Grendale Plaza across the hotel has lots of dinning options as well as supermarkets. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Fantastic

The hotel was a nice oasis after a long and very hot two days of sightseeing. I do wish that the patio had a fan as it would have been lovely to be outside enjoying the views and sipping a glass of wine.

Opulent hotel lobby and lobby area, very helpful staff. Long walk to my room. My only comment was how dark the bathroom lighting is especially around the sink area. But the manager brought a portable light, which was very nice of him. Excellent hotel. With a shopping mall across the street, with many restaurants.

Xi’an hotel

Quite a distance from the walled city of Xi’an . Had to take a taxi at night to experience the Muslim quarter. There’s a mall across the street but didn’t have time to explore. Wish the air quality was not so bad. The terra-cotta warriors exhibit was definitely the reason to come here.

Hyatt Regency Xian

I stayed 5 nights at Hyatt Regency Xian and overall great experience. There was a cricket inside of my room and I have heard it stridulated early morning (4-5am) 2 days in a row that disturbed my sleep so asked a hotel staff to change room. After I moved to another room, I could enjoy quiet stay. Area near the hotel is nice to look around parks by the lake.
