Nice hot spring resort

Very nice hot spring resort, good for family gathering, kids love the hot spring water park, while adults can enjoy the hot spring spa. The resort is a bit away from the city, around 45 min drive. Staff are all very friendly, although they are quite fresh, but doing things with heart. Our room make up cleaner sends us a kid bath robe while she notices that we have a kid with us which makes us feel warm.

名不符實的海灣酒店

首先辦理入住時, 前台告知我只有一人早餐. 但是我明明是通過Hotels.com預定三人, 也有三分早餐的. 後來致電網站尋求解決, 前台才將用餐人數改為三人. 但是到了隔天早上餐廳用餐, 餐廳服務員又說只有兩人早餐, 實在是無語. 退房時前台又要我付房費, 問題是我在Hotels.com預定時已經將房費都付清了. 沒辦法只好再打給網站尋求解決, 電話溝通10分鐘以上, 辦理退房花30分鐘. 這個酒店管理太差, 實在無言以對. 再說, 來住這酒店就是看中有兒童戲水的設施, 結果現在卻說房客也要付費才能使用, 費用還要100多元, 簡直無法相信我究竟訂了啥酒店. 暑假期間帶孩子來玩水, 結果只能去個1米7深的泳池玩. 還好我只預定一天, 隔天果斷去新開的萬豪酒店住, 有戶外兒童池還有海灘可以玩. 萬達酒店下次部會來了. 房間睡起來還挺舒適, 馬桶安裝了自動沖洗式, 與其他酒店有所差異. 早餐人數太多, 雖然菜式眾多, 但是用餐環境的質量不好, 太吵雜. 另外就是廈門出名的花生湯, 竟然花生都沒煮爛, 像在吃硬花生一樣.
