Já que estamos... ficamos!

Optamos primeiramente por apto. Standart. Mas, ao conhecer o apto, achamos necessidades que nao tinham: acessibilidade, frigobar, ar condicionado, sem falar no cheiro ruim no andar subsolo... pedimos para trocar. So tinha luxo. Com precobem maior. Já estavamos lá descendo e subindo malas... ficamos com o luxo, que nao tem nada de luxo! A construção é antiga, janelas sazazaki, muito simples, no geral. O bom, é no centro, atendimento do balcao, do café e faxineira otimos! Pelo menos, do terreo para cima tem elevador. As garagens são boas, com acesso fácil. E há proximo um otimo restaurante- Doce Sonho...

O colchão é pessimo pois é muito mole. Toalhas e colchas descosturaras o que da uma impressão de má gerência e desconforto para quem usa. Deixou a desejar pelo valor cobrado.

Fiquei surpreso com o hotel, não imaginava que fosse tão acolhedor, dependência um 10 na limpeza. Recepcionistas muito acolhedoras, simpatia nem se fala de tão prestativas que são. Recomendo esse hotel a todos que forem a Xanxerê. Muito obrigado pelo acolhimento. Abraço!!

so nao tive sorte de ter quarto com ar e frigobar que fez muita falta , a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar pois tinha muitos cabelos no quarto e no banheiro mais nada tao alarmante deve ser a pressa. Tinha ventilador potente mais incomoda pelo barulho que faz mesmo no minimo.No resto estava otimo cafe da manha e simpatia da equipe.

Infelizmente, foi ruim. O café era bom, não posso negar. Mas pedi um quarto mais novo e me colocaram em um quarto super antigo. Sem frigobar, nada. Banheiro era super pequeno. A cadeira deve ter sido a primeira a ser comprada pelo hotel, no século passado. Eu pedi com antecedência por um quarto novo, pós-reforma. Mas, aparentemente, ninguém ligou pro pleito!

O melhor café da manhã de hotel que já tomei!

PARTE BOA: Os recepcionistas, o pessoal do café da manhã, são maravilhosos de atendimento, principalmente as meninas do café, que fazem umas sobremesas incríveis, com toda certeza os melhores cafés que já tive em hotel na vida. O quarto tem um tamanho pequeno mas confortável, não é micro, tem uma mesinha para trabalhar, a cama bem confortável. Na recepção tem um espaço que dá para trabalhar e fazer pequenas e rápidas reuniões, o que ajudou muito nossa estadia, que era a trabalho. PARTE RUIM: Num dos últimos dias apareceu uma mulher que pareceu ser a gerente, e aí foi o único momento desconfortável nessa estadia, quando entrei no café da manhã, claramente ela estava dando um carão nas moças que são sempre prestativas e bem educadas, me olhou como se eu estivesse em um local errado, mas ainda estava dentro do horário do café, foi tão chato e tão desconfortável que praticamente não comi, achei extremamente desconfortável, se ela precisava tratar de algo com as funcionárias dela, que fosse em algum ambiente administrativo, longe dos hospedes. Ainda terei que voltar algumas vezes a cidade, e vou tentar não ficar mais nesse hotel, por conta desse comportamento nada profissional, por incrível que pareça, a única pessoa mal educada dos funcionários, era a chefe.
