“Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! ”

“Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall...

“From the moment we were met at the airport we were treated so well. A lovely warm welcome at the hotel reception. Our room Was superb - immaculately clean. Lovely sea view. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent shower with nice toiletries provided. A nespresso coffee machine was great too. All the staff we met were so polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot food as well as deliciously fresh sliced fruits. We loved it so much we’ve changed our plans...

“Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. “Tutto perfetto. In zona tranquilla lontano dal caos del centro ma vicino e raggiungibile anche dall’aeroporto. Bella piscina, camere con vista bellissima. E piccola spiaggia riservata in una lingua di sabbia a circa 300 mt raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione ottima. ”
