El hotel en general está muy bien, limpio, cuidado, los muebles básicos, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y además el personal muy atento el pero que le pongo es el estacionamiento no está en el hotel sino que está a media cuadra llegamos después de las 10 pm y ya estaba como cerrado y sin alumbrado

La estancia en este hotel estuvo llena de inconsistencias. La primera de ellas fue que en un principio (por tres noches) nos dieron un cuarto en el que no había ni buena ventilación, ni buena iluminación, lo que provocaba que se sintiera encerrado. Además, el ventilador estaba lleno de polvo, por lo que al prenderlo, todo el polvo se expandia por el cuarto. Asimismo, al momento de abrir la regadera, esta sacó agua de color rojizo, tal como si el tubo estuviera oxidado y no fuera usado desde hace tiempo. En el caso de los blancos, las toallas estaban muy viejitas y las sábanas no estaban bien lavadas, tenían varias manchas. Además, notamos que el piso no era trapeado diariamente. Los días sobrantes de nuestra estancia nos cambiaron a un cuarto en el que por fin había suficiente ventilación e iluminación, pero desafortunadamente las ventanas estaban sucias. Algo importante a mencionar es que dentro de las habitaciones solo nos dejaban una botella de 600 mililitros y cuando pedíamos más (en el turno de la tarde) sentíamos que casi casi estábamos pidiendo un favor porque nos las daban muy a fuerzas. Por otra parte, los desayunos no estaban maravillosos, les faltaba más sazón. De las pocas cosas buenas que podríamos resaltar del hotel es que está ubicado en una zona tranquila y céntrica. Además, el personal del turno de la mañana siempre fue muy amable y atento con nosotros (el de la noche no tanto).
