I been staying there few times now, little charming hotel. Always clean and well attended. Unfortunately this last time it wasn’t up my expectations. A little bit smelly when I arrived to my bedroom and the last day I was there, they forgot to do my bedroom. When I decided to eat breakfast, very friendly ladies but they were missing bacon, picadors and some other goodies.

The staff was very patient, I speak very limited Spanish and they worked through everything with patience and grace. The hotel is clean and modern and within walking distance to many restaurants and beautiful parks. We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Majova Inn

Great Stay… streets around do suck

Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.

Las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas, aire acondicionado, tv, wifi, limpian diario si asi se requiere, excelente y el desayuno de cortesía bien también opciones suficientes y buen sazón, recomendacion: el estacionamiento es limitado asi si no alcanzas puedes estacionar en la calle, y las habitaciones que dan ala calle (1er piso o planta baja) vas a escucher el ruido de los autos, en general esta bien y muy céntrico, volvería

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena: cuenta con estacionamiento y está cerca de varios restaurantes, así como de zonas históricas donde se puede pasear y disfrutar de la ciudad. Sin embargo, la experiencia se vio afectada por la falta de atención del personal. Durante varias noches hubo fiestas en habitaciones cercanas con mucho ruido hasta altas horas. En más de una ocasión solicitamos ayuda a los administradores, pero no mostraron interés en resolver la situación. Incluso intentamos hablar directamente con los huéspedes, pero estaban muy ebrios, lo que hizo la situación incómoda. Es una lástima, porque el hotel tiene potencial por su ubicación, pero la falta de control y de respuesta del personal afecta seriamente la estancia. Podría ser una buena opción si mejoran la atención al cliente y el manejo de este tipo de situaciones.
