I was extremely disappointed to find out that my room had no exterior windows. This could not be a deal breaker but the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom definitely was. When I informed the front desk upon check out there was no apology whatsoever. Needless to say that I would never book a room on this property.

It took them 30 minutes to give me a room. Then they gave me a room where there were already people in it and I had to go down to complain and get an empty one. This has never happened to me before. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend it

La limpieza y atención del personal muy buena. El único detalle es el estacionamiento, es reducido y no tienen orden al encontrar autos mal estacionados que ocupan dos lugares. Si llevas auto tienes que considerar esa parte.

Buena ubicación para nosotros, personal muy atento, habitación amplia, baño pequeño, todo muy limpio, el desayuno buffet incluido variado y de buena calidad, cuenta con dos estacionamientos, ambos pequeños. Aunque el hotel estaba lleno, no fue ruidoso. Cuando volvamos a Xalapa, ahí nos hospedaremos.
