It's a great hotel. Very clean. Huge rooms. A bit far from the hottest venues and from the good restaurants. BUT the whole site is just great and Xalapa's taxi system is impeccable and very very low cost. The pool is exceptional (fresh water, without chlore). A little negative : where I had my room there was lots of unwanted noise as early as 6:00 AM, such as the huge ice machines, maintenance, etc. But overall, I would return there without hesitation.

Dated... REALLY dated... the rooms are big, but feel very old; the bathroom felt small and cramped, the beds may have been nice in the 80's, but I expected better in a hotel nowadays. The air conditioner was noisy, there were barely any electrical outlets in the room. And the worst was the internet, I tested it multiple times and I could never get more than 0.2mbps so completely unusable for modern work. The staff didn't seem service oriented at all, to the point that when I left on the second day of a 7 night stay, they didn't even ask or question it.

Recepción de llorar reserve dos habitaciones climatizadas y me asignaron una con ventilador y encima de que son más económicas querían 300 de depósito por el control del minuto split de mi habitación el cual encendió el bell voy en 26 fg y gala de sentido común se lo llevó ante mi negativa y el minisplits quedó encendido en la habitación toda la tarde sin ocupantes en ducha no hay tapete antidetrapante me resbale

Yo necesitaba trabajar de manera remota pero no había suficiente internet en mi habitación, el lobby estaba muy concurrido y tuve que dar mi clase virtual en el restaurante pero había muchísimo ruido y era obvio. Así que sugeriría que habilitaran estancias específicas donde haya un buen acceso a internet

Es increíble que un hotel tan emblemático este tan descuidado, no habia aire acondicionado en todo el hotel, no puede ser, si tuvieran la amabilidad de avisar antes de cobrarte estaria bien, la comida del desayuno, solo diré que comible, la alberca tenía una aspecto sucio ni ganas de meterse de hecho no vi a nadie nadando. No vuelvo a ese hotel, lastima No vayan

El hotel está viejo y descuidado. Indican que tienen aire acondicionado y no es asi, el personal no resuelve el tema, ofrecen ventiladores y ni eso dan. Las regaderas sale el agua para todos lados y tiene varios detalles que denotan el descuido y falta de mantenimiento del hotel. El personal no es empatico e incluso grosero. Jamás volvería

El hotel en general es bueno y la habitación cómoda. Cerca del centro, lo cual es muy bueno. Tiene estacionamiento. El único aspecto incómodo fue que el baño se inunda. Por lo demás, me parece recomendable.

El personal es muy amable. El bufete de buen precio y rico. El cuarto está bien pero nos dieron una habitación cuya ventana daba directo al área de mantenimiento. Antes de las 7 am empezaban ruidos de cubetas y gente hablando en la noche después de las 10:30 todavía se escuchaba ruido. La alberca no la pudimos disfrutar porque estaban limpiando alrededor con todas las mesas y silllas volteadas a las 10:30 de la mañana. Deberían hacerlo o más temprano o más tarde. El segundo día que estuvimos no hubo agua caliente en todo el hotel!! Solo lo arreglaron después de la 1 pm. Una pena que esté tan mal mantenido el hotel porque está muy bien ubicado.
