Very clean, newly updated room. No hair dryer in room or available at front desk. Fire alarm went off randomly in the night for no reason. (Non-smoking) Still - we’d stay here again if traveling through.

The best Red Roof Inn I have every stayed at from inside out. Really nice sitting benches with bear statues, the murals add inviting touch. Lobby was bright and staff was excellently warm and friendly. Our room was great, newly renovated, and not just a coat of paint. The beds, well, if I wasn't honest, I would have taken them home. (Beautyrest Hospitality Tevor X Plush) The new owner/management has really put in the effort to make this place one of the best in the Wytheville area. Reasonably priced, and worth it.

Did a one night stay over on a longer trip. Site manager was welcoming, kind, and great at the desk--both on check in and checkout. The tub enclosure, fixtures, toilet and sink were sparkling -- looked like brand-new white cloth shower curtain! Beautiful! The room looked like it had been recently refurbished. Bed and linens were comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice little "extra" of a hook in the bathroom for robe, clothes or towel. Tub/toilet area VERY small, but not unlike others we've been to. Sink and vanity area very spacious. Would return here! Beautiful scenery plus!

Good stop for overnight stay on way home from Florida. Needed somewhere to sleep and a hot shower in the morning and this hotel provided both. Our room was a double queen and was essentially an efficiency as there was a 2 burner stove top, microwave and full size refrigerator. Room appeared to have been renovated; it was clean. Couple of issues: stated 100% non smoking property, yet our room had an ashtray in it (clean of course) and I did detect a faint stale odor of smoke. I believe the room was probably a smoking room prior to the renovation. There was no hair dryer, which I was shocked to see as most hotels provide them these days. On the positive, room was clean, beds comfortable and good shower pressure and hot water. Basic room but did provide all we needed for the night. I think the rate was a bit high for how basic the room was, but I do understand it is summer travel season as well as a weekend. Would stay here again in the future.

Best under$75 bitten I've ever stayed in. All rooms were first floor. Easy parking, easy checkin, clean room, no bugs, spotless bathroom. I was skeptical about the reviews being so good. They were right. I'm not a bot, or paid for this review. This is a legit basic room stay.

The door to our hotel room was so warped, it was difficult to open and close. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, which was rather disappointing. It was okay if you want a cheap hotel, with no amenities. I would not stay here again though.

This was right off I77/81 - very convenient and easy to find. Check in and Check out was wonderful. Person at the front desk for both - very friendly and welcoming. One floor motel - I could park right in front of my room. I used this Red Roof for a quick overnight stay on the way to Asheville NC for a Family vacation. I would stay again!
